  • Do any of the Social.com tools cost anything?
    No.  The current tool suite is free. In the future we will most likely add  a variety of premium offerings in addition to our current free tools.
  • What about security?
    Social.com uses the secure https protocol whenever our servers communicate with Twitter to login or post your update. Your credentials are always kept encrypted while on our servers.  The encryption key is unique per user and is kept outside the server.
  • Do browser cookies need to be enabled?
    Cookies must be enabled for the Social.com tools to work properly.  There is additional information available for Firefox , Safari , and Google Chrome . The default settings for Internet Explorer should be fine.   In general it is necessary for third party cookies to be enabled in order for the Social.com iframe based tools to operate correctly.   Some browsers allow one to make exceptions for specific domains (i.e. Allow all cookies from social.com).
  • Who runs Social.com?
    Social.com was developed by Scott Carter as a way to interact more effectively with various networks from the Web.  Graham Lubie is a marketing and strategy advisor to Social.com.
